Green Ridge Health Care Center At Carmelwood Village is a magniticent new, single story, state-of-the-art 64--bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center designed specifically for the older adult. The area's newest facility is aesthetically laid-out on a 5-acre parcel of land located at 2000 North Boulevard Avenue, in the lower Green Ridge section of Scranton. Opened in October of 2005, careful consideration was given in designing the facility with special emphasis on comfort, ease of living and security while retaining a "homelike" appearance. An atmosphere of concern for our resident's health, comfort, and well -being can be sensed upon entering our doors. Residents enjoy congenial companionship as they receive dedicated skilled nursing care around the clock.
