Take the Main Avenue Exit # 190 towards Dickson City. Turn right onto N. Main Avenue. Turn right onto Bowman Street. Turn Right onto Boulevard Avenue. Facility is one mile on the right.

From I-81 North:
Take the Drinker Street Exit - Exit # 186. Turn left onto E. Drinker Street. E. Drinker Street becomes Electric Street. Turn right onto Boulevard Avenue. Facility is one mile on the left.
